1. What’s included in each box?

Every box is thoughtfully curated and comes ready to use. The Reindeer Box is filled with Santa’s Milk Bottle, Reindeer Food, Snowman Soup, Rudolph’s Nose, Santa’s Magic Key, and more to prepare for Santa’s arrival. The Bunny Box includes everything your family needs to get ready for the Easter Bunny’s visit. The Tooth Fairy Box transforms each lost tooth into a magical moment. 2. Can I personalise my box?

Yes! Some of our products, like the My First Christmas Star or a personalised note, can be customised. If you have something special in mind, get in touch at hello@themagicalboxco.com and we’ll do our best to create something truly magical.


3. Can I add a personalised note when sending it as a gift?

Absolutely. We can include a beautifully handwritten note on our signature stationery to make your gift even more personal, at no extra cost.


4. Are the boxes reusable?

Yes! Our boxes are designed to be cherished year after year, helping you create lasting family traditions. Simply top up with a Refill Box when you need to refresh the contents.


5. Where are the boxes made?

All of our boxes are proudly made in New Zealand, crafted with care to bring magic to your family’s most special occasions.


6. Do you offer international shipping and how long does delivery take?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Within New Zealand, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. International orders typically take 10–15 business days, though times can be longer during peak holiday seasons. Shipping costs and estimates are shown at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.


7. When should I order to make sure my box arrives in time?

We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially in the lead-up to Christmas and Easter, as our boxes do sell out. For Christmas 2025 deliveries, the international order cut-off is mid-November (unless you select express shipping). For New Zealand deliveries, the cut-off is 15 December. We’ll continue to ship right up until then while stock lasts, so you can feel confident your box will arrive in time.


8. Can I return or exchange my box?

We want you to love your Magical Box. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the box is in its original condition. Personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty.


9. Do you cater to allergies?

Yes! We can accommodate allergies, just let us know when placing your order. We’ll provide safe alternatives to ensure everyone can enjoy the magic, and we keep a record of requests to make sure your box is right for your family. We’re also happy to source replacement products wherever possible to meet allergy requirements.


10. How do I care for my box?

Our boxes are designed to last. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place when not in use. Wooden and metal elements can be wiped clean with a soft, dry cloth to keep them looking as magical as the day they arrived.


11. Can I order boxes in bulk for gifts or events?

Yes, we offer bulk ordering for special events, corporate gifts, or holiday giveaways. Contact us for details and pricing.
